If you wish to exchange or return your object please reach out to us using the form in the "contact us" tab, marking your e-mail with “Return” or “Exchange” and including your order reference number. If the exchange or return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label. Please place the label over the original shipping label and return it at your closest delivery point.
Please note that all objects must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
You will receive your refund through your original payment method within 14 days from when we have received your return with the return shipping fee deducted from the original amount.
